Frequently Asked Questions

1

Why would I pay someone or an
organization to pray for my company?

Engaging with a prayer team for your company is not about paying someone to pray for your company. It’s about collaboration and recognizing that we all have a part to play and that we need each other to do what God has called us to do. We are not paying for prayer, we are paying for the time and experience of seasoned, trained and vetted intercessors to compile an applicable written prayer report that is a direct plug in for your company or team.

Am I outsourcing prayer?

At Co-Reign, we believe that relationships are the foundation of everything, active prayer fuels kingdom impact, only through collaboration can we fulfill our purpose, and that God fully resources His purposes. Making time to talk to God and listen to Him about the work of our hands is a consistent fight to balance time management. Only through an intimate friendship with God and time spent talking to him will you be able to effectively run your business.

Where is marketplace intercession in the Bible?

The Bible only gives us a few specific ministry titles (See Eph. 4:11-16; I Tim 3:8 and 5:17).

But the value and priority the Bible places on prayer for kingdom assignments is throughout the Bible (See Matthew 5-7 and 9:36-39; and Colossians 1:7; 4:12-13; Romans 10:14-12). It is actually difficult to find leaders in the Bible who did not prioritize prayer. If we are going to be leaders who represent Jesus and His way of life, we must learn His way of leadership. Jesus had an inspirational prayer life (See Mk. 1:35; 6:46; Lk. 5:16; 6:12; 9:18, 28).
